Due to extremely heavy weather conditions the kiters had to call off the expedition. This year the kiters will have a second attempt. With all their experience from the first attempt the team is confident to reach their goal. Under the motto of "Follow Your Convictions“ the "Maurice Lacroix Bering Strait Expedition“ will begin in July 2011.
